There’s a reason why I have no plans of getting a Personal Trainer. Nangengealam sa workout ko eh pano ko mandadaya pag di ko na kaya? haha!

Eh kaso tong “personal” trainer ko mahigpit. Medyo mataray pa at suplado. Naku kung di lang kita mahal eh lalayasan kita. HINDI KO NGA KAYA MAG PUSH-UP AT SIT-UPS EH!!! LOL
