fitness first...

So I’ll be trying Fitness First for a month. So far so good. Had my first day last night with colleagues. Accommodation was pretty much good given that we’re just there for the Granton pass. And they won’t be able to recruit me since I’ve already signed up with Gold’s Gym (which will start come July). So how was the experience?

The reception asked someone to assist us for our lockers. After which, we were assigned a personal trainer. Ok, he’s really goodlooking haha. So he assisted us with some of the machines: threadmill, lateral steps (tama ba?) and yung isang machine that would work out our butts and hamstrings daw. Then we were left alone to play with the other machines so we’ll familiarize with them. Buti na lang nag-gym na before yung kasama ko so may taga-turo sakin haha. Natawa lang ako dun sa isang comment ng PT namin. Na ok na yung lower extremities ko and ang kelangan ko talaga iwork out eh yung chest, shoulders and arms. Which is true naman coz I played basketball and volleyball in HS. So ayun, for the next few sessions yun talaga yung bibigyan ko ng focus. Not to mention that I’ll be frequenting the abdominal machines for my lost abs. LOL.

All in all, it was a good first workout day (or night). PT was really helpful (and cute!). Medyo jejemon nga lang when he texted me a while ago. Been wanting to attend Body Combat. So tonight, even if I’m on solo flight, we’ll attend that class. Bahala na si Batman. What I really liked though was the unlimited softdrinks (meron din ba nito sa Gold’s?).

Medyo gulat lang ako sa locker room. Talaga bang mga naka briefs kung maglakad tong mga to? Hirap magcontrol. LOL.
